Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Remio (“Remio”, “we”) for use of the Remio app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Remio is a personal-inventory app that helps you remember where your things are. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.
Your content and your data
The items, places, notes, and photos you add are yours, and they are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for what you add and for keeping your own backups (you can export one at any time from Settings). Because your inventory lives on your device, deleting the app deletes that data with it.
“Identify with AI”
The optional “Identify with AI” feature sends a single photo you choose to our processing endpoint, which forwards it to a third-party vision model to suggest what is in it. Suggestions may be wrong or incomplete, so please review them before saving. See our Privacy Policy for how that photo is handled.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the app: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the app or the services behind it, and no use that infringes anyone’s rights.
Purchases
If Remio offers optional paid features in the future, they are sold through the App Store, and Apple’s terms and refund policies apply to those transactions. Any such terms will be shown to you before you buy.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best, but we do not promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered. It is a helpful aid, not a system of record for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. When we change the terms, the “last updated” date above will change, and continued use means you accept the update.

Bu şartlar, Remio uygulamasını kullanman için seninle Remio arasındaki anlaşmadır. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak bunları kabul edersin.
